Who is endosQ

endosQ offers specialist gastroenterology and endoscopy services, with specialist practice management support. We are committed to delivering expert, individualised care to patients and their families in Queensland. We currently have clinics in Mackay and Brisbane, and we are actively expanding.

History of endosQ

Mackay Endoscopy, the forerunner to endosQ, was established in 2008 by Dr James Daveson, MBBS(Qld) FRACP. Assoc. Prof. Dr.Daveson grew up in Mackay and has chosen since obtaining his fellowship in gastroenterology to travel weekly to the endosQ Mackay practice in order to provide a service to the region without patients having to travel to a major city. In addition, Dr Daveson is available to see patients in Brisbane. He has since been joined by Drs Sam O’Connor, Nadia Maqboul and Jeff Chao.

Quality services in rural areas

CSCRI was established in 2018 when Assoc.
